Return & Refund Policy

At Bagel Off, every stack is baked fresh to order. Because our bagels are a perishable, made-to-order food product, we do not accept returns.

That said, we care about every order and we'll always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.


Wrong or Damaged Order

If you receive the wrong flavour or your bagels arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +642904333826 or through our contact page. Send us a quick photo and we'll arrange a replacement on the next bake day at no cost to you.

We don't offer cash refunds for wrong or damaged orders — but we will always replace them.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the Sunday 12pm cutoff. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp before the cutoff and we'll process your cancellation in full.

Once the Sunday 12pm cutoff has passed, we are unable to cancel your order as baking preparation has already begun.


Missed Pickup

If you selected pickup and are unable to collect your order on Monday, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to arrange an alternative but cannot guarantee availability outside the scheduled pickup window.


Allergen Disclaimer

Bagel Off operates from a home kitchen. Our bagels may come into contact with gluten, sesame, dairy, and eggs during preparation. We are not a certified allergen-free facility and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you properly.
