Wellington didn't have one. So we made our own. Bagel Off started as a simple obsession — what does a proper bagel actually taste like? Hand rolled. Boiled. Fermented for 12 hours. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just craft. Every day we bake fresh. Every bagel leaves here the same day it's made.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?
Sunday 12pm. That's the cutoff — no exceptions. Orders placed after midday Sunday will move to the following week's bake. So if you're reading this Sunday afternoon, set a reminder for next week. Your future self will thank you.
HOW DO I CLAIM THE BUY 3 FREE 3 FREE DEAL?

WHEN WILL I GET MY BAGELS?
Order cut off every Sunday 12pm. Baked fresh Monday and Tuesday. Pickup from Johnsonville Monday after 3pm, or we deliver to your Wellington address on Tuesday. We'll confirm your time slot by email after checkout.
