What is Roll with us Rewards?
Our free rewards program. Order bagels, earn Dough, and spend it on your next order.
What is Dough?
Dough is what you earn every time you shop with us or join in. It builds up in your account, and you can spend it on more bagels whenever you like.
How do I join?
Create a Bagel Off account. It's free and takes about a minute. Hit Join rewards and you're in.
How much is my Dough worth?
100 Dough gives you $5 to spend on your next order. A $20 order earns you 20 Dough, so you're already a fifth of the way there.
How do I use my Dough?
Log in to your account, tap the rewards button in the corner of the screen, choose Ways to redeem, then tap Redeem. Finally, tap Apply code and your reward is added at checkout.
Can I share the love with friends?
Yes. Refer a friend and you get $8 to spend once they place their first order. They get $5 to spend too. You'll find your referral link in the rewards panel.
Do I need an account to earn Dough?
Yes. You need to be logged in to earn, see and spend your Dough, so sign in before you check out.
My Dough hasn't shown up. What should I do?
First check you were logged in when you ordered, then give it a little while to appear in your rewards panel. If it's still missing, message us on WhatsApp or through our Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
